Thank you for your interest in the Winter Weekend Retreat. This event has now been completed.
Please visit the Retreats homepage for upcoming retreats in 2022.
A weekend dedicated to connecting to and nurturing your whole self, whilst receiving and enjoying the beauty of Kinglake.
Located only 75 minutes from Seaford & Melbourne CBD and 45 minutes from Ringwood.
The retreat includes 2 nights of self contained double/twin bedroom accommodation, all meals, Yoga, meditation, nature activities and energy healing remedies and practices.
Gather with like-hearted people to nurture and connect.
Winter is a time to turn our energy inward, to nourish, to nurture and connect within. It is a time to retreat.
We meet soon after the Winter Solstice, a time when the winter energy peaks and we start inviting in more light (notice that the days start to lengthen and become lighter). We also gather on a full moon weekend, her illumination for guidance and release.
There is a lot of healing weaved into this weekend. Nature remedies, meditation practices, movement, breath, rituals, nourishing foods, collective energy. Guidance to connect to the wisdom and healing within, and across your timeline.

“Thank you so much Kirsty - you have a beautiful spirit and heart and the hard work, thoughtfulness, and care you put in the day was incredible and very much appreciated. The group were all lovely and I felt welcomed and comfortable coming along on my own!”
“Kirsty from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for your inclusive day retreat yesterday. Recovering from my hip replacement surgery I thought I wouldn’t be able to join in the day but my worries were soon erased as you made me feel like a goddess amongst every other goddess also there. Your beautiful spirit shone through yet again as you went out of your way to accommodate me. Many Blessings to you lovely. xxx”
