An energized yoga flow class (45 min) which is held within the energy of an essential oil for expansion and personal power.
Yoga Class 3- Rest & Restore
This class opens with a little seated movement followed by a restorative yoga practice to relax and restore. Held within an essential oil energy, oracle card guidance and a little sound healing to finish. This practice brings in the energies of adaptability, freedom, in-flow, heart and earth.
