This series brings you a focused chakra meditation, Yoga practice & energy remedies each month to balance your energy body and harness the energy of Venus in the sunset sky.
Venus as a planet conjuncts a waxing crescent moon she activates one of 7 main chakras. One chakra a month on her journey as an evening star.
As an archetype Her energy is wise, whole, knowing, & compassionate. Her journey holds a feminine maturity as an evening star. She has experienced truth in the shadows and has re-emerged with a deeper knowing. We connect to her feminine expression to balance our own energy body and stand in our own wisdom and compassion.
This series follows the In Her Light meditation series (2020), Venus as a morning star.
Venus is known for holding the vibration of beauty, fertility, relationships, love, artistic expression, harmony.
There are 7 classes of the series and each will explore the energy of Venus and the chakra being activated.
Classes will:
Include Yoga suited to the focused chakra (the practice could be yin, restorative, flow)
A focused chakra meditation activation
Use energy remedies such as sound, Reiki, movement, essential oil, breath, mantra, crystals, channelled message
Be held as close to the date that Venus conjuncts the waxing moon
Be 75 minutes and limited to 11 people each class

Friday 14th May at 7pm - Base chakra - Feeling safe, supported, grounded and a sense of belonging. Deep connection to Earth & Her remedies.
Base chakra class: Restorative Yoga & Crystal Healing
Sunday 13th June at 5pm - Sacral chakra - A connection to feminine energy, flow, own needs and desires
Sunday 11th July at 5pm - Solar plexus chakra - Connection to trust, expansion, vitality, self confidence and expression
Friday 13th August at 7pm - Heart chakra - Love and compassion for self and for others, heart connection, inner presence, gifts and wisdom
Saturday 4th September at 5pm-Throat chakra - Truthful self expression of feelings, desires and needs with clarity and wisdom
Sunday 10th October at 5pm- Third eye chakrra - Connection to inner sight, wisdom and intuition
Sunday 7th November at 7pm - Crown chakra - Connection to Self and higher energy / Universal energy
Bookings
Bookings can be for individual classes or the whole series at a discount.

All bookings and payments are made via eventbrite.
Cancellations require a 48 hour notice period to receive a refund (minus a $5 processing fee) or payment can be transferred to the following month, if there is availability.
If for unforseen circumstances the in-person class cannot run then the class will be rescheduled or move online i.e. in the case of covid restrictions.
