My experience supporting Children’s health & wellbeing
I have always had a great interest in the wellbeing of individuals and communities. I have worked in Public Health & Community Development with a focus on children &/or young people since 2007, in the areas of mental health, sexual health, obesity prevention, resilience & emotional wellbeing, and the planning & implementing of Child Friendly Cities.
I have supported schools in the UK and in Melbourne to enhance wellbeing through their community ethos and the curriculum.
I have shared Yoga with a number of schools in Melbourne and supported families with private yoga & meditation sessions.
As a mum of two young children I also have the opportunity to share my love for yoga, meditation and energy remedies within my family.
I would love to share my knowledge, passion and my heart with your family.
