·       A beautiful beachside venue nestled amongst the sand dunes and bush of Sorrento back beach where the waves can be heard from the studio space

·       A take home essential oil roll-on, tailored to your personal energy & intention, which you can also use throughout your retreat practice

·       Time to enjoy and explore the local landscape on offer (a short walk to Sorrento Ocean Beach and coastal walk)

The practices

·       Meditation practice to harness the Autumn energy

·       Release ritual to cleanse self of stagnant energy

·       Yoga flow class focused on breath and movement to release and cultivate space

·       Rest & Restore class – restorative yoga, mini individual Reiki healing, essential oils and their affirmation for emotional/energy/physical balance, sound and guided meditation

·       Oracle card guidance & circle

·       Nature walk along the beautiful Sorrento coast (weather dependent)

·       A beautiful guided Yoga Nidra practice for whole body release and restoration

Nourishment through food

Lunch boxes will be provided by the delicious Seaford-local Coffee for the People Café.

A light afternoon tea, herbal teas and a cold pressed juice will also be provided.

What to bring

• You may like to bring your own mat, eye pillow, props (Yoga equipment is also provided)

• Drink bottle

• Journal and pen

• Swimming attire for leisure time or pre/post retreat. Indoor & outdoor shower available on site.

• Any of your own remedies you wish to have for practice (crystals, oils, oracle cards etc.)

Extending the day retreat

Suggested accommodation & additional activities (not included in the retreat program or cost)

• Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs in Rye for day & night bathing, treatments & accommodation

• Oceanic Sorrento Apartments, next door to Ocean Beach Yoga

• Peppers Moonah Links Resort in Rye, 5 minute drive to Hot Springs

• Sunny Side Up Bed & Breakfast in Rye, also a 5 minute drive to the Hot Springs.
